Le service est efficace et attentif et sait s’adapter aux goûts des clients notamment pour le vin. L’évolution dans la carte permet de toujours découvrir de nouveaux plats. On reviendra. ”

So what’s great here? Well, the kindness of the staff as to be ranked first. It’s not an insult to the rest, it’s just that they are incredibly kind. I’ve done a lot of gastronomic restaurants, so I know that they are often kind because I’m the client. Here, there are just kind because they are. Second thing is that I had incredibly good wine. They had my personal favorite champagne, so one could say that my judgment is biased… May be, but still, the magic worked. The service was nice, the atmosphere was great and the cuisine was as local as they could. The result? It felt so genuine. A very strong one star. Even Stronger in my heart.
